Serbia with its geographical position as a central Balkan country is a transit point for goods coming from Turkey, UAE and China and heading  for other Balkan countries and EU. This is why the focus of activities is mainly on the customs surveillance. All cases are fallowed up from REACT Balkan office located in Skopje, Macedonia. Our local partner lawyer in Serbia is Mr. Jaksa Jojic from Beslac and Jojic Law office. Customs and market inspection cases can be followed up from initial info/seizure through storage/destruction organization , and/or final court decision (when necessary). Main practice is swift resolving of cases by simplified procedure that has been applicable in Serbia since the beginning of 2011. The office is constantly developing good cooperation with the authorities in charge of IP enforcement and it is active in training seminars and similar activities.
